Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY – $50.00 (Required for All Non-VA Appointments) To secure your appointment time, a non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposit Terms: The $50.00 deposit goes toward your session total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. If you cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment without approval, the deposit is forfeited. If you do not show up or arrive more than 10 minutes late, the deposit is forfeited. If the therapist cancels for any reason, the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment. All reschedule requests must be approved to keep your deposit attached to your session.
